Use of JASARUMA
powered by Q-CHANG Service

In this document, the following terms shall be defined as follows, unless specific sections of this document determine otherwise:
 

1. Privacy Policy. This document and all its subsequent amendments that will be implemented in the future;

2. Current Platform WhatsApp Business "JASARUMA POWERED BY Q-CHANG" at number +62 811-9803-631;

3. Platform Owner PT. Kokoh Inti Arebama Tbk, a limited liability company established under the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia, headquartered in the DKI Jakarta Province at Jl. Buncit Raya No. 139, Kel. Kalibata, Kec. Pancoran, South Jakarta City

4. Service Providers All parties collaborating with the platform owner to conduct their business activities, including:

   • Platform Owner​

   • Service Providers

5. Cooperation Agreement: An agreement between the platform owner and service providers for the use of the platform

6. Customer: A party who registers to become a platform user and a customer of the service provider; the service provider;

7. Customer Terms. Customer terms established by the platform owner and applicable at the time of the creation of this privacy policy, including its subsequent amendments to be implemented in the future;

8. User: Collective reference to service providers and customers;

9. Transaction: The relationship between customers and service providers;

10. Personal Data: Data provided by users to the platform owner for platform usage purposes, including but not limited to the following;

    • ​Full name or official business name; 

    • Gender; 

    • ID card number or business identification number; 

    • Tax Identification Number; 

    • Business representative’s name along with their ID card or identification; f. Domicile address; 

    • Email address; 

    • Home/office phone number; 

    • Mobile phone number; 

    • Shipping address; 

    • Bank account number; 

    • Signature or other specific identification methods; 

    • Credit or debit card number; 

    • Social media platform account; 

    • Google account; 

    • And others; 

11. Computer Data Data recorded by the platform owner from the computer or device used by users to access the platform, including but not limited to the following: 

    • Internet Protocol (IP) address; 

    • Browser type: 

    • Pages visited on the platform; 

    • Time spent on those pages and information searched by users on those pages; 

    • Date of accessing the platform; 

    • And others; 

12. Account: Platform account managed by users; 

13. Cookie: An electronic identification method that can recognise users when accessing the platform; 

14. Legislation: Legislation applicable in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, including government policies of the Republic of Indonesia. 

ARTICLE 2 

PERSONAL DATA 

1. Personal data shall be kept confidential by the platform owner ,official partner and company affiliated. 

2. Personal data shall only be used by the platform owner for the following purposes: 

   • Transactional administration purposes; 

   • Notifications regarding information related to platform services; c. Administrative purposes of users' accounts; 

   • Research purposes to improve the platform; 

   • Verification of technical aspects of the use of the platform (e.g., payments); 

   • Other purposes related to users' use of the platform include: 3. Users are required to provide accurate and non-misleading personal data and to inform the platform owner of any changes. 

3. Personal data obtained by the platform owner from other sources, including but not limited to social media and Google accounts, with the user's knowledge shall be managed as best as possible in accordance with applicable legislation. 

ARTICLE 3 

ACCOUNT SECURITY 

1. Users are obliged to maintain the security of their accounts by not allowing third parties to use them. 

2. Any losses caused by the use of users' accounts by third parties, as referred to 2
   
   in point 3.1, cannot be attributed to the platform owner unless it is proven lawfully and convincingly that this is due to errors committed by the platform owner. 

ARTICLE 4 

COMPUTER DATA 

1. When users access the platform, the platform owner has the right to record computer data. 

2. Computer data shall be used for analysis and evaluation purposes to improve platform services. 

ARTICLE 5 

DISCLOSURE AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA 

1. The platform owner has the right to disclose users' personal data for the following purposes:

   • ​To service providers for transaction purposes: 

   • To law enforcement authorities authorized based on valid orders: c. To judicial/dispute resolution institutions based on orders from judges, arbitrators, mediators/conciliators; 

   • For other situations allowed by legislation. 

2. Personal data can only be deleted by the platform owner based on user requests by contacting the platform's customer service. 

3. Customer Service can be contacted at number +62 811-9803-631. 

ARTICLE 6 

USE OF PERSONAL DATA 

Personal data will be used by the platform owner only for the following purposes: 

• Processing all requests, activities, and transactions carried out by users through the platform; 

• Providing features to realise, maintain, and improve Platform products and services, including promotional purposes; 

• Assisting users when communicating with the platform's customer service; d. Monitoring or investigating suspicious transactions or transactions indicating fraud or violations of platform usage terms, and taking necessary actions after such monitoring or investigation is completed;

• For law enforcement purposes based on applicable legislation in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia according to the orders of authorized authorities, 

• Fulfillment of the requirements and obligations of applicable legislation related to taxation interests in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.

ARTICLE 7 

COOKIES 

1. In principle, cookies will be used by the platform owner for user convenience, so users do not need to repeatedly provide the same information when reusing the platform. 

2. If users do not wish to use cookies, they can disable cookies from the platform on their devices, with the risk that they may not be able to use some essential features on the platform, limiting their use of the platform significantly. 

ARTICLE 8 

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES 

1. Users acknowledge and understand that the platform owner may provide links to other websites on the platform, and users are free to access these links or not. 

2. By accessing links to other websites as referred to in point 8.1, users acknowledge and understand that they do so at their own risk because these other websites are not under the control of the platform owner, and the platform owner is not responsible for the privacy policy practices on these other websites. 

ARTICLE 9 

VALIDITY OF PRIVACY POLICY AND ITS AMENDMENTS 

1. Users acknowledge and understand that this Privacy Policy may be amended by the Platform Owner in accordance with changes in applicable legislation (in relation to the content of this Privacy Policy) and/or technological advancements that may affect the technical use of the Platform included in the terms of this Privacy Policy. 

2. Regarding service providers, this privacy policy is one of the supporting documents of the cooperation agreement, so by signing the agreement, service providers also agree to this policy, including its amendments to be determined and implemented in the future. 

3. Regarding Customers, this privacy policy has the same validity as the customer terms. Therefore, by registering to use the platform, customers also agree to this privacy policy, including its amendments to be determined and implemented in the future. 
   
   This privacy policy was established by the platform owner and is valid until it is revoked by the platform owner.
